About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to appointments with Shuna Hammocks Trichology, Willow Treatments Suite, The Anderida Practice, Forge House, Lower Road, Forest Row, East Sussex RH18 5HE. By booking an appointment, you agree to them.
Booking appointments
Appointment requests made through this website are confirmed once I have replied to agree a date and time. Clinic appointments are at The Anderida Practice in Forest Row on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
Children and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Video consultations take place on a video platform we agree in advance. You are responsible for a suitable device, connection and private space, and for sending any photos and information I ask for beforehand.
Fees and payment
I will tell you the fee for your appointment before you book. When you book, I may ask for your payment details to secure your appointment.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, a charge of 50% of the appointment fee may apply.
I understand there are sometimes genuine reasons for short notice, and I will always be sympathetic. If I need to cancel or move your appointment, I will give you as much notice as I can and offer another time.
Your treatment
Every person’s hair and scalp are different. I will explain what I think is happening and what is likely to help, but I can’t guarantee a particular result.
Please follow the advice in your plan, and tell me straight away if anything I suggest causes a reaction.
