My clinic is in Forest Row, East Sussex, on the A22 between East Grinstead and Uckfield, at the edge of Ashdown Forest. Most patients drive in from elsewhere in Sussex, from West Kent or from east Surrey, and many are with me within half an hour.

I’m in clinic on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

Where exactly is the clinic?

Willow Treatments Suite, The Anderida Practice, Forge House, Lower Road, Forest Row, East Sussex RH18 5HE. Forest Row is on the A22, about 3 miles south of East Grinstead.

Is there parking?

Yes, and it’s free. There may be space right outside, in front of Java & Jazz or the In-Gear Cycling shop. If not, there are two free public car parks a short walk away: one by The Seasons organic shop and one by Forest Row Community Centre. Bays have time limits, so check the signs.

How do I find the clinic?

The clinic is in the Willow treatment suite at The Anderida Practice on Lower Road, to the left of Java & Jazz.

Can I get there by train?

Forest Row has no station. The nearest is East Grinstead, about 3 miles away, with a short taxi or bus ride to the clinic.

Which days are you in clinic?

Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Book online to see available times.
