About this notice
This notice explains how Shuna Hammocks Trichology, Willow Treatments Suite, The Anderida Practice, Forge House, Lower Road, Forest Row, East Sussex RH18 5HE, collects and uses your personal information. I respect the privacy of everyone who contacts me or comes to the clinic, and I keep your information secure.

The information I collect
I collect the personal information you give me when you send an enquiry, book an appointment or come for a consultation. This may include:
- your name, email address, phone number and address;
- payment details, to manage your booking;
- information about your health, hair and scalp that you share with me, and notes from your consultations;
- with your agreement, anonymous information about how this website is used (see cookies).
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and manage your appointment.
- To assess, diagnose and look after your hair and scalp, and to keep a record of your care.
- To keep accounts and meet my legal and professional obligations.
- If you agree, to send you occasional hair care tips and news about my services. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, or by contacting me.
Your health information
Health information you share with me is used only to look after your hair and scalp condition. It is kept confidential and stored securely, with encryption for extra security.
I will only share it with your GP or another healthcare professional if you agree, unless the law requires it.
Sharing your information
I will never sell your information. I only share it with the services I need to run my practice, such as website hosting, email and booking, and only so they can provide those services to me. They must keep it secure.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only for as long as I need it, and for as long as the law and professional guidance for health records require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Some rights are limited for health records I am required to keep.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. I would be grateful for the chance to put things right first.
Children
I see children and teenagers with a parent or guardian present. A parent or guardian provides and manages a young child’s information on their behalf.

I may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
